If this is Pam Olands area and there is money missing due to embezzlement or misfeasance by the Mayor, the Mayor will do everything she can to protect Pam as long as she can. Then the Mayor will put everything on Pam and throw her to the wolves. I firmly believe there is something being hidden. We need a FULL audit of every transaction for the past five years. If that audit reveals problems, go back five more.

Grand dad, what would you call a new cash account and a new investment account that is not being posted to the general ledger? Hidden money? What do you call accounts that are not reconciled? To be polite lets call it malfeasance and/or misfeasance or we could call it what it really is, criminal.
If the county could get that money, they could give it to all the pigs that slop at the WCSD trough.
