They should remain in jail where they belong. Take the people that are sucking on the welfare train and let them walk the roads picking up trash to earn our tax money. That isnt just Delaware, thats everywhere. Stop the free hand outs now!!

I didnt call the welfare riders scum. They shoudnt have a free ride. They can be walking the roads picking up trash or learn a day care trade to watch the children of the ones that are picking up litter. I read in the paper about the lack of immigrants to fill jobs, use the welfare riders to fill these jobs. IF they need help then so be it but earn my damn tax money.
By all rights prisoners should be picking up trash rather than setting on their asses, eating three square meals a day. After all those of use actually working are paying for prisoners to set on their ass and eat good.
