Beaking News

A young child was allegedly hit by car near Wawa tonight. Rumor has it that it was possibly 1st grader from Pinehurst. Allegedly he and his Sister were crossing the street, she made it and he did not. The injuries, (again, rumored) is that he may not make it. More to come.......

These children's parent's/guardian's should be in a hell of alot of deep water! I pray this does not become a tragedy. Every time you read the news anymore, something has happened to one of our children.....Do these parents not care? What is running through their minds? I get freaked when my child gets quiet in another room. What the hell is wrong with people who let this happen?!?!

What else can you expect from those people that live near there.

You should expect an adult to escort them to the store, or at least tell them no, if they don't want to get off their fat lazy asses to take them. The parents should have enough common sense to not let them go, because of that busy highway, especially with a 5 or 6 year old, escorted by a child not much older than that!!! In the state of Maryland, a child has to be 13 or older to be unsupervised. These parents/guardians need to be held accountable!!! What happened this afternoon is called NEGLECT!!

What the hell does it matter where it happened at.WHERE WAS THE PARENT/PARENTS???? Notify SOCIAL SERVICES? WHAT A JOKE THAT WOULD BE.

Did you read ANYTHING about it in the Times? NOPE!

I'd call the police before I'd call Social Services. That is just about the deepest black hole in the state of maryland. By that statement I mean, its the hole where Maryland keeps dumping money with no return for it's investment. How many kids have died while under the supposed protection of Social Services? How many kids are returned to known abusive homes by direction of Social Services? It is definitely a department that is in dire need of overhaul.
