It's managed by the county/city IT department. Sounds like your buddy Rick isn't running his department right.
After all your ignorant screw ups and the giant mess you made managing the data handling parameters of your previous site, that you have the chutzpah to criticize anyone's site being down is absolutely amazing.

Joe... as newsflash for you, the person "screwing with my old site on a daily basis" looks at you in the mirror every morning. You were hanging so much data on each page it's a wonder it worked for as long as it did before it finally threw up all over itself, and you had to come back to the paint by the numbers blogs of blogger.com.
Observing you attempt to manage a blog that required any degree of technical sophistication, was like watching a monkey play with a gun. At some point it was inevitable you were going to shoot yourself, and by golly... you did.

Doug isn't sophisticated enough to run an application based web site.
His best attempt was the Gary Comegy's illegal reellection web site. I think his other web client is Rinnier.

This pisses people off, and these people and their friends are now Doug's Church's clients. He makes more money in a week than you make in 3 months. Don't be a hater.
