27 year old former Police Officer Tracy Ross Sparpaglione accused of burglary and rape has been indicted again for the second time today.
Should there be a conviction Salisbury's statistics will rise once again. If you can't trust your own Police Protection, who can you trust?

Okay, did anyone here read the paper when the story broke over Memorial Day? Sparpaglione responded to a domestic disturbance regarding the victim. He later went back and allegedly used his position of authority to force his way into the home and assault the victim

What if he is innocent and the bimbo is guilty??? From what I understand he was thinking with his other head as this was not the first time they were together. If he didn't "rape" her then he got what he deserved, FIRED. If she set him up then she needs to pay the price.
