The Crossroads At Salisbury Is A Go

This project is expected to break ground within 3 months and I have to personally say, welcome!

With water & sewer available to this particular location and even more importantly, High Speed Internet, the possibilities of positive growth and great paying jobs is now within reach on the Eastern Shore.

Once again certain Developers are willing to take the risk in a horrible economy and get started on what looks like the future business growth location on the east side of Salisbury.

Mr. Trader said last night, "That's a lot of Windex, Joe." I couldn't agree more. However, someone is going to have to clean those windows daily and that too will create jobs.

I also happen to think this is smart growth and I hope to see more projects like this in the future so our children will want to stay here and afford it all at the same time.

More water usage? From what I hear the water plant can hardly keep up now!

That's NOT their fault and the City better deliver too.

Where is that supposed to be built? I guess I've been working too much.

Along Hobbs Road, just south of Perdue Stadium and north of the new Korean church.

You might be interested in knowing that a contractor installed the fiber conduits under the northbound lanes of the bypass adjacent to the site last Friday. The conduits will connect to the conduits running between Wallops Island and the Bay Bridge.
