Get in line Folks. It seems now you can go to the Downtown Plaza and create your own Gangsta Signature Bricks throughout the Plaza. Right now it seems to be FREE but I'd suspect that in no time the City will actually catch on and start charging its citizens for such recognition.
I'm told by inside sources that a new Chiefy Resolution is under way to cover the bases on this crime as the Courts could get overloaded with too many Gangsta Cases, not that they have EVER caught ANYONE doing this as of yet. Better get the resolution passed before they're overwhelmed though, right? LOL
States Attorney Mr. Davis Ruark was not available for comment on this matter.

Should we get a gang expert in here to see if we have a new gang, or is this just the same bunch of ABM's running around being stupid and dangerous. Hey, Joe, check out the storage shed next to the dumpsters at College Park Apts. Someone almost caught someone in the act "tagging" the shed.
There's also a new tag in the downtown parking garage. As you drive in and up and go to the right, it's all the way to the end on the left.
And there is a new tag almost daily on the dumpsters behind Court Plaza...is that city???
Nope court plaza is county!!
