Biden does all his phone calls in the mornings and not much at all in late afternoons. Google the term "sundowning" or "sundowning syndrome". Uncle Joe definitely is incapacitated.

Biden's own wife and crazy son should have stopped this before he got the nomination they knew he was not up to it but let it happen they knew he was just going to be a prop for the DEMS. The remaining family is a disgrace to what we once thought they were Beau would never have allowed this to happen.
