This Telemon Corp. is an illegal alien advocacy NGO. They are leftists funded by the likes of George Soros.
I watched them try to teach a bunch of illegals dumped here from Guatemala by the Obama regime about American first world light switches, thermostats and flush toilets in the hallway of the bus station once.
These are the fools that resettle Syrian.Somalian, Haitian and Dominican refugees in upscale neighborhoods they can not afford. So the government pays for them to be there. Telemon gets their cut for arranging the deal. Lots of suits and ties there. Very little English.
Will Cannon be there? They will be discussing home inspections. I am sure he will tell everyone how to cheat the tenant and cozy up to the local politicians (himself included) to get them to turn a blind eye to his, I mean their, infractions.

Fair Housing Rights and Responsibilities - A landlord provides a place to live then it is the renters responsibility to PAY RENT! But noooooo why should they? We are in a Pandemic wawawawawawa, but yet they are getting more money in assistance then they normally do!
