Unlike the Latino community, which is 'incredibly diverse'
After insisting that any black person who doesn't vote Democratic isn't black, Joe Biden has now made it clear he believes the African-American community lacks diversity of thought.
"What you all know, but most people don't know, unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things," Biden said in an interview with Yahoo News.

I cannot understand why in general the black community votes dumbocrat?
I know there are black that read this blog, please explain why 94% of blacks identify as dumbocrats when the dumbocrats have done NOTHING for your community for 50 years except keep you from economic mobility.
For years the Dems got away with using the blacks and taking them for fools. With the new technology and internet it's finally catching up to them

Now that the cat's out of the bag on the rationale of 'using' blacks for their vote, I want to see if Biden's right and their mental capacity compels them to vote for Mr. 'You Ain't Black' and Latinos Are 'Smarter' than Blacks.
