Joe Biden is incapable of pronouncing the words “mental fitness,” and yet, he still invited the public to judge him on his mental fitness.
“I am very willing to let the American people judge my physical, mental fil–my physical as well as my mental fil–fitness,” Biden tried to say on Tuesday during an online interview with the National Association of Black Journalists.

As he started the interview did he ask if they were junkies?
That's the way I say too 11:13, we are three peas in a pod for sure.
Uh, we've been judging his mental fitness for quite some time now. Same for his physical appearance. He's looking more like a rest home resident every day, and not a fit one. It's easy to imagine him in a cheerfully lighted common dining room with a napkin at his neck, shoveling mashed potatoes and peas mostly into his mouth and lap while Lawrence Welk plays on the Muzak.
