Norwegian extends cruise cancellations through Oct. 31

Cancellations extend beyond CDC no-sail order, which goes until Oct. 1

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings announced Wednesday that it will be extending cruisecancellations through Oct. 31 as coronavirus pandemic continues to disrupt U.S. travel.

The cancellations extend beyond the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's no-sail order, which goes until Oct. 1.

The extension will affect Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands, Norwegian said.

Had a colleague tell me some stories when they worked the cruise industry not too long ago. Specifically when the ship would have to go from one destination to another without passengers and only crew.

I'm sure there are stories are on the internet, but hearing the stories (details) well....another occupation I missed out on!!! Damn!
