No one is scrubbing anything nimrod, those profiles haven’t been updated in years because that whole project was abandoned. There are MANY personnel that either don’t appear at all or have incomplete bio’s. Go find a hobby because investigative journalism isn’t going to be a successful one for you.

Sad times. They have had many cases of someone accessing child porn on agency computers.

I have lived on the same street as this human garbage for well over thirty years. It is a culdesac, and he and his wife live on the circle end of it. Unfriendly is how he has always been. He has always had little man’s disease by making his pick up trucks extra loud. We definitely will not miss the noise he selfishly caused. His wife is also unfriendly.
I feel sorry for their adult children.
He looks pervy.
Don’t know what’s happened m but Ricky was a great guy and firefighter . He did a lot to help the department. He must need some help. I’m not excusing what he’s done, when the gavel drops we will see how bad it is. But he did a lot of good before this. I’m really saddened to see this.
Dam shame. It doesn't matter what position you hold, You can't control a very sick individual in private life due to invasion of privacy laws. What is done in the dark usualy comes to the light eventually which here it did. Hope you watching child pornography was worth it Dumb Ass! Let's not forget when Rick Rathel was arrested in Delaware and fired from the Salisbury Fire Department for sexually harassing a convenience store employee. Does anyone know how to do a case search in Delaware?
I see Rathel is back to his old ways of not paying his bills. He was lucky to get a loan approved on that shack he now owns. Hopefully it is paid off so that his wife isn't stuck with the bills by herself.

Just think, this guy used to go in many homes as a paid fireman and a volunteer? Wonder if our children were safe?
Here is a thought that just occurred to me. This Perv was an EMT so he rode in the back of the ambulance with many children while he was working as an Emergency Medical Technician for the Salisbury Fire Department. Does anyone think he violated children or took pictures?? Kids do get sick and he had the opportunity to ride in the back with them alone.
