Most of you. MOST OF YOU!!!! Live by your Oath. Thank you. I love a good cop that isnt a twisted douchebag. But that leaves some of you not so good cops walking around like wolves and we are the sheep. Forced to be sheep in MD sadly.
But some of you are scum bag murders who get off on other being under your control .Those MF-ers need to be singled out and discarded. Preferably into a jail cell where they will get to live the nightmare they have helped create.
Governor Wolf appears to have left his wits behind, kowtowing to the pressure of fault finding with every LE agency when the problem lies with some poor judgement in all the ranks, not a pervasive attitude. Those members poison the rest of departments. They are also under the control of politicians who could easily effect change to improve, but don't. They are a problem greater than the odd officer who goes off the rails
