BALTIMORE (WBFF) - The relationship between police and the community has been strained for sometime in the City of Baltimore.
Eric Garner and George Floyd are cases in which officers who used excessive force were recorded on camera.
Often police who violate people's rights never make the news, in part because of the confidentiality agreements contained in out of court settlements.
A U.S. Appeals Court ruled Baltimore's use of the agreements were "unconstitutional".

Adolph Hogan dismantle the Baltimore Police force and let these rioters burn and destroy the whole ghetto city.

All bullshit. Some cops are bad. But every BLACK they come in contact with us either combative, disrespectful, or elusive. WHY?? Because they are criminals. If they weren't why be disruptive??

A violation of one person's civil rights is a violation of everyone's civil rights, and therefore should be made public in all respects, from crime through punishment.
Oh yeah, by the way every cop who has unjustly pulled me over for looking "suspicious" but conjured up a lie has always let me go w/ a warning. Hmmm... If I was wrong give me a ticket I 'll pay it and be on my way. Guess they actually felt guilt or had remorse.
