CNN gave airtime to an ‘anti-racist activist’ who suggested that white children should not be allowed to have an ‘innocent’ childhood, but rather be made to feel guilty about their ‘white privilege’ at an early age.
CNN host Poppy Harlow cited a letter sent to her from a school directing white parents how to teach their kids about their ‘white privilege’, and asked Tim Wise “When should parents do this with their kids and how?”
Wise responded that it should be at as young an age as possible, and that white kids need to be repeatedly told they are over privileged in order to sufficiently indoctrinate them.
“I think the important thing for white parents to keep in the front of our mind is that if black children in this country are not allowed innocence and childhood without fear of being killed by police or marginalized in some other way, then our children don’t deserve innocence.” Wise proclaimed.
“If Tamir Rice can be shot dead in a public park playing with a toy gun, something white children do all over this country every day without the same fear of being shot, if Tamir Rice can be killed, then white children need to be told at least at the same age, if they can’t be innocent, we don’t get to be innocent.” Wise continued.
“If we could keep that in the front of our minds, then perhaps we would be able to hear what black and brown folks are telling us every day and have been for many years.” he added.

someone please tell me what white privilege i get for being white i don't have NAACP i don't get special ranking for collage i don't get special treatment for a job there are plenty of other races that have made a name for them self just by working for it maybe years ago it was that way but in today's environment they have as much if not more chance to advance as i do so don't tell me i have white privilege

I worked hard to give my children the best life I could. I saved, sacrificed and committed myself to raising good children. Then this joker comes on tv and says this? I have news for him and the black community. Raise your kids! I mean, really raise them. Ask any teacher about the animals they are stuck with and you’ll quickly understand.

Black children deserve the same innocence white children deserve.
Their parents and culture need to own up and give it to them.
Dear readers,
Having worked with students in this area for 30 years, I can share that their is a significant difference between parents who are active in their children's lives vs. those who are absent. The parents who protect their children's innocence are those that place the needs of their children first. The children who are raised this way have been successful, while the other children that did not have active parents are not. It has nothing to do with race. I reject this individual's stance as just absurd.

Even the WASHING POST published that more white men die in police custody than African Americans.
Any death is tragic, however, this racist stuff is garbage. 99.9% of our cops do a fabulous job. CNN cares nothing about the truth and everyone knows it. They would be happy with anarchy.

The only privilege I experience is to work every day for those who desire to remain home, who love to bite the hand that feed them, and demand an apology for racism, something I did not do, nor do they know anything about. Oh....and let us not forget about not being able to get the jobs or reduced cost education because I am white.
All children are born innocent, this twisted logic doesn’t gain any support for their cause as it is so anti racist it’s racist

So true. Have seen it myself being home room mom and being involved in my kids school.
I don't know the statistics but I would suggest there are more white children born into a nurturing nuclear family with proper mentoring and exposure to a productive and responsible demeanor. I would further suggest that black children are brought up in a totally different environment that perpetrates a sense of deprivation, lack of respect, no ownership of actions, entitlement, all because they are "black".

As Abraham Lincoln said, they can not live under the same government. If they were able to put an end to their continued and increasing gratuitous wave of crime, they would find that most whites would, at the very least, Let them go about their lives unhindered. Most of us really don’t give a c$$p about them except for the chaos they bring to every community in which they reside. As I always say, refute my comment with facts and not emotions and I’m always willing to listen.
