77-year-old Joe Biden on Wednesday night confused the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence during a NAACP virtual town hall from his basement.
Biden has only been in government for nearly five decades, but he still can’t recall the preamble to the Declaration of Independence.
“The Constitution says all men and women are created equal,” said Biden.

It is sad....I can’t believe his family doesn’t love him any more than this....to allow him to go through this publicly is just terrible! I know he now has the votes for the Democratic Party nomination....but I imagine they are going to pull a switch!! President Trump will really embarrass him on the stage during a debate! They won’t be able to instruct President Trump to go easy like they did during their debates!

Doesn't it just piss you off that the IRS has NEVER investigated him or schumer or Pelosi???
"We, the people" will be ruined -- RUINED!! - for $1000, but the IRS see them and says, well, uh, nothing, actually. "Serving the public" apparently also gives you a free pass to use insider info to acquire millions on a salary of less than $200,000 a year. Nothing to see here, folks. Move along now.....
Hang them all. Slowly. Maybe let 'em down for a few minutes, just to see the look on their face when they get hoisted up in the air again. DECADES of crime, bribery, extortion, malfeasance, tax evasion, and corruption.
Or, keep cheering. Cheer yourself right to the head of the line.

To hear SlowJoe tell it, back when he was still considered semi-lucid, but still lyin' his butt off, he was near the top of his class at Syracuse Law. This despite being booted for a year for his first recorded instance of plagiarism. In reality, he was much closer to the bottom of the class.
So confusing the Declaration of Independence with the Constitution may just have been a life-long habit, as shown recently by his reference to 'ya know, the thing.'
In fairness to SlowJoe, when he misspoke he was operating from the unfamiliar confines of....his own basement!
Dr. Jill Biden should have her medical license revoked for exposing him to this. /sarc for this line only.
I seriously doubt he knows his right from his left either.

The Biden girl isn’t a real doctor. Can’t prescribe aspirin. It was said she is a educator. How’s that working out. Most must have a degree in math because they always figure adding money to their cause will cure all. So what do I know, could be a real doctor thinking money cures
His confusion of our founding documents just makes him an average, uninformed American. That should make him appeal to his base, democrat voter.
