Florida Sheriff Gregory Tony, who admitted to killing a man as a teen, was caught on camera wearing tight boxer briefs alongside his topless wife and other scantily clad couples at swinger parties in Miami

A Florida sheriff who admitted to killing a man when he was 14 years old in self defense was partying up a storm in tight boxer briefs alongside his topless wife at swinger parties in Miami, photos seen by DailyMail.com reveal.

Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony was handpicked by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to lead the agency in early 2019 after it was accused of bungling the emergency response to the Parkland high school shooting in 2018.

Tony was photographed posing happily in various unsheriff-like situations, showing off his toned physique with his equally in-shape wife Holly, a registered nurse.

The series of 11 snapshots of couple-swapping parties in Miami are accessible to the general public on a website that 'organizes erotic events' and shows the 41-year-old hugging his wife from behind with his hands cupping her bare breasts.

Another photo shows the lawman laughing while lying down as Holly places her face on one side of his muscular chest and an unidentified man places his face on the other side.

In yet another picture, the husband and wife are in a foursome, posing with another couple. Both women are topless but their nipples are covered with pasties.

So? Can’t a black man have fun off duty with consenting adults. I just don’t see the problem

Ooohhh tight boxer briefs! How scandalous! Seriously,,why should anyone care what this guy and he wife do in the company of other consenting adults as long no laws are being broken? Now as for his failure to disclose, before he became sheriff, that as a minor he once killed a person in self defense - that warrants further Investigation. But the private sex life of the sheriff and his wife - that’s their business.

Well, unless what he's doing is illegal, why is this news? Maybe a bit immoral to some, but not illegal. Weird as it sounds, I'd feel better having an "official" that may be doing some "edgy" but not illegal stuff, but NOT hiding it, than one that portrays themselves as dedicated public servants, then being crooks behind the curtains. Yeah, weird logic, but again, as long as he's not breaking laws, it's his personal business.

So? Self defense isn't illegal. Partying with your wife at a swingers party isn't illegal. Don't see where he's done anything that makes him ineligible to be the sheriff. I'm guessing someone who wasn't pretty enough to get in the swingers club must be mad. The other guy in the race isn't the best candidate in the world either.

Sounds like the good governor selected a “he-whore” over a “coward”.

Even if it’s not illegal it’s morally depraved. It’s does give you an insight to what he would subject his wife to. Beta cuck.

Most important: were they wearing masks and socially distancing?

He needed a white man to show him how it’s done

Not when juvenile records are sealed. Don't be an idiot all your life.

This has former Democrat Sheriff Scott Israel's fingerprints all over it. Ironically Scott Israel is running for his old position as sheriff back against Mr. Tony.

Elections against Democrats are NASTY! They are nasty people and don't deserve to get elected.

Hopefully Scott Israel will be removed by the Governor again if he is accidentally elected as sheriff.

The other guy in the race?? It's incompetent Scott Israel who was removed from office after his deputies didn't go in Parkland High School allowing 17 kids to be slaughtered. This is dirty politics at best. Has nothing to do with being pretty.

She was a willing partner, he didn't subject her to anything. More than likely she was the one that applied to attend these swinger events.

A seal on a person’s record does not apply when that person is applying for a job as a peace officer. LE agencies routinely access sealed court records (both juvenile and adult) of job applicants and require applicants to disclose whether they have ever been arrested or the subject of a criminal investigation.
