Fred Fleitz, former National Security Council chief of staff, told Newsmax TV on Monday that Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has a "good idea" in suggesting the U.S. withhold visas for Chinese students looking to study the sciences.
Cotton said in an interview Sunday that Chinese students looking to study in the U.S. should only be able to learn the Humanities, not the sciences, as a form of retribution for the coronavirus outbreak.
Fleitz said that "Cutting off visas for Chinese nationals studying in the United States would really hit the regime hard, because so many Chinese elites send their children to American universities. I think cutting them off from studying sensitive technologies is a good move."

Absolutely would be a great move, just do it.
Why make the College Student pay for something the Chinese Government
created? The little guy always pays the price.
Set an entry standard to these specialized colleges - not all citizens should go to college but we should give them the first chance and allow the foreigners to take the leftover slots... If citizens can meet the standard but can't afford it - they should get assistance before we allow foreigners (especially those that are here to steal our technology for their governments' reverse engineering programs)!
Get these communists out of our universities!
Oh, wait. If we get all the communists out of our universities there will be no professors left.
That's a good thing.
No brainer.
Colleges will hate it since overseas students are like 15-20% and sometimes more in population AND pay out of state tuitions.

The 'students' are mostly the kids of the communist elites, and many are the spies that are stealing our technology, doofus.
They're not 'little guys'. NONE of them are innocent. They can't come here or stay here without the permission of the Chinese communists. And the Chinese government is often PAYING their tuition.
Poor little students..
It's not as if these students are themselves paying for their U.S. educations. When they come here they are sponsored by the CC government and often financially assisted by the very U.S. schools they attend.
They are all here to steal our ideas. We shouldn't stop with the Chinese. All foreigners.
