Court Update Part 3

This is far to long to read but let me add this.
I applied for my HQL licence on April 1st. As of today nothing has been done with my application. This is MSP not the courts. After emailing the MSP about the procedures I was told that all requests are required to be processed withing 30 days.
I am wondering if this will in fact happen. There is no reason for me to believe that my HQL licence should be held up. I am a law abiding citizen that now has to wait a month to even be QUALIFIED to buy a hand gun. Until then I am assumed to be unqualified.
How is this not an infringement on my second amendment?
I check their progress almost daily to see if they have made a single step forward in the process...and to date they have not.
They always wait until the second to last day if not the last day of the 30 day time frame!!!! As long as they accept or deny you by then, they broke no laws!!!! It took me 29 days... Years ago when there was no backlog
