Two men have been arrested and charged with the murder of a teenage girl from South Florida who was fatally shot while selling designer sneakers with her online entrepreneur boyfriend.
Miami-Dade police on Sunday apprehended Adrian Cosby and George Walton, both 19, in connection to Tuesday’s slaying of Andrea Camps Lacayo, 18, and the wounding of her boyfriend, Sergio Berben.
According to the Miami Herald, detectives say Camps, 18, and Berben had agreed on Instagram to sell Cosby and Walton three pairs of Adidas Yeezy sneakers for $935. Pairs of that shoe are selling for up to $500 online.

The real crime here is the shoe company charging that price for a pair of Gym shoes!
Sneakers...geez
The "limited edition" Adidas footwear is made in limited numbers that drive the prices to whatever the consumer will pay. Fashion designers have used this human foible to their advantage forever. For every human weakness there is someone to take advantage of it, regardless of the damage.
By the way, the Yeezy line is made primarily in China.
Northwest Woodsman: After reading the headline where this pair were identified only as “men”, did anyone have any doubts as to who the perpetrators would be? This sort of crime is so predictable that no one is shocked or upset by it. We just accept it as a fact of life that one must contend with with certain elements in our midst. Beware of Scandinavians who are easily identified by their blonde hair and blue eyes.
I recall the days when their presence in our society was extremely rare. Quality of life was substantially better in those days. I tried to be sensitive while presenting undeniable truth.
Those dang uppity white kids, always causing trouble, killing people, robbing people.
Don't like stereotypes??
Stop validating them.
Cheer on, just don't EVER tell the truth or hurt anyone's feelings.
Completely understood.
