Let's see how much cash is really in the emergency fund. It's supposed to be about $9 million (which really is not that much), so we should have something. It's just that he has driven up Salisbury's debt over 23% since he's been in office. There is only so much refinancing you can do with municipal bonds and will anyone be willing to buy these bonds?

Jake you should be ashamed of yourself! Your inability to be a full time army officer has never been more apparent than you're displaying right now.
