In light of Governor Hogan's declaration of a state of emergency in Maryland due to the emergence of Coronavirus Disease 2019, or COVID-19, the following hearings for public comment scheduled in Delmarva Power & Light Company's application for adjustments to its Maryland retail rates for the distribution of electric energy are hereby cancelled: Monday, March 23, 2020 Chesapeake College; Tuesday, March 24, 2020 Kent County Library; Monday, March 30, 2020 Wor Wic Community College. Public comment hearings in this matter will be rescheduled at a later date. Visit www.psc.state.md.us for more information.

Delmarva Power is owned by Excelon, and Excelon is owned by investors. People like you and me are the owners of Excelon (well maybe not like you). You know nothing about corporations. Corporations lose money too, and investors have just lost a bundle in the crash of the stock market. You sound like someone that has had their service cut off for non payment.
