Thank goodness Jose didn't hurt anyone else. Be interesting to see if he has insurance or even a valid driver's license.
Trying to get back across the border before covid19 got him but got drunk and didn't make it.
Northwest Woodsman: DUI appears to be a national pastime within certain demographics.
They do like the alcohol.
And taxpayer will be stuck with his ambulance and medical bills...
