What’s going to happen to the children’s school year if schools remain closed through April, May and possibly to the end of school year? Will all school age kids between kindergarten and the 11th grade be required to retake their current grade and remain in the same grade for the 2020/2021 school year. I believe all current seniors who have committed to colleges should be permitted to graduate regardless of whether this current school year is cancelled. But all other students should repeat the current year. And what about the teachers? Would they be will to forfeit their summer and continue teaching? Would they demand added pay because teachers don’t get paid during the summer.
So sad! :(
There are many homeschool companies that have made their material free online. It doesn't answer these questions but it is nice to have something available to parents as a substitute for no cost. There is an overwhelming amount of wonderful things out there.
This is probably going to go down as the biggest presidential bungle in history.
Looking at potentially a depression
Hazardous pay?
