GoFundMe for 5-year-old thrown three stories at Mall of America close to $500,000 goal

A GoFundMe launched to help the 5-year-old boy injured at the Mall of America on Friday has nearly reached its $500,000 goal in less than 24 hours.

Noah Hanneman, who started the campaign, has identified the boy as "Landen" and claims his wife is the child's mother's best friend.

Hanneman has also provided more information about the situation, noting that Landen has been upgraded from critical to stable condition and confirming that the suspect had no prior relationship with the boy or his family.

He also noted that donations will help cover the child's medical costs and rehabilitation as he is expected to go through numerous surgeries.

Doesn't sound good for this child. His condition is still critical. Stable isn't a condition. An upgrade would be serious, fair then good. Stable in this case only means he hasn't gotten any worse.
