The Department of Justice sided with a district court ruling Monday that found the Affordable Care Act violated the Constitution.
U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor issued the ruling in December 2018, finding that the Obamacare individual mandate had been rendered unconstitutional due to the partial repeal Republicans passed in 2017. The ruling has been appealed to higher courts, but the DOJ endorsement could cause the ACA to be treated as unconstitutional while the case moves through federal appeals process.
“The Department of Justice has determined that the district court’s judgement should be affirmed,” the department announced in a Monday letter.

So its unconstitutional ? Give everyone there money back that paid into it.
Will anyone that paid the mandatory fee be issued restitution with interest? Will everyone whom never used their required medical coverage be issued a refund for services that they didn't want in the first place?
The supremes said it was constitutional. When it is replaced, it must be better or it will hurt the Repubs. Double edged sword is sharp on both ends.
Looooong Overdue !!! Throw it the Hell Completley OUT !!!
I"d certainly like the thousands stolen from our refunds when we were fined for not having insurance that we couldn't afford!
Man this country is led by a bunch of thieves
No replacing!!
Stay the hell outta our lives!
Thank God for the justice dept, Obama Care one of the biggest failures on record. Anything with his name on it some how comes with a stench.
