Pork so tender you can almost chew it with your tongue, it's that good.
I want to thank ALL of you for taking the time to come to my new establishment yesterday. Today I'll have another fresh batch of my soon to be famous pulled pork samiches. We sold so many yesterday, we sold out. It takes 24 hours to make my pork so I immediately started another batch, (10 pounds) yesterday morning and we should have just enough to fill the orders today.
My coleslaw is 2nd to none and I mean that. You'll not find a better coleslaw anywhere. I can honestly say after numerous customers ordered my pork bbq each one of them said they needed a nap, it's THAT BIG!
