Two-Way Radios to radio telephone & answering service, to cellphone & Global Sat pager. Prices went down with each step of this progression & then everybody wanted a cell prices went back up for phones, data & minutes and in my opinion it's ridiculous that they charge what they do today! This is an almost 30 year evolution as well.
