6:25 p.m. RESOLUTION - City Administrator Julia Glanz
 Resolution No. 2871– approving the surplus and donation of the city-owned real property located on West Zion Road, Salisbury, Maryland to Top Notch Metal
Framing, LLC, and Charles Holland

---------------------

Looks like a Friend of Jakes is getting some free property from the city taxpayers. If this clown needed the property so bad then it should have been sold to him and the money goes back to the city coffers.

I'm getting sick of this freaking Liberal Mayor.

Ok, all of the county voters are watching you, Jack Heath. Let's see if you are smart enough to d the right thing.

 Ordinance No. 2508 - 1st reading – approving a budget amendment of the grant fund to appropriate funds for the 2018 National Folk Festival

---

Looks to me that Jakes National Folk Festival lost money and needs a budget amendment.
