Cuyahoga County judge orders man’s mouth taped shut during sentencing

CLEVELAND-- It was an unusual sight in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday.

Franklyn Williams, 32, is accused of three armed robberies in Richmond Heights and Euclid.

During his sentencing hearing, Williams would not stop talking, despite more than a dozen warnings from Judge John Russo over the course of about 30 minutes. Williams even interrupted his own attorneys.

Russo handled the situation by ordering deputies to tape the defendant's mouth shut.

Best idea ever; before the judge passes sentence, pi$$ him off as much as you possibly can.

6:57 In a working system, that should not and would not matter, for there are max and mins for every sentencing under law... If a judges goes over that, or uses his personal feelings for the reasons of sentencing you or giving you more time, that is against the law actually... But notice here how it wasn't you, so you don't care that someone else's rights were violated???? You do know my rights are their rights, which are your rights too?? And if mine go away or this other guys, so does yours!!!!!!

This is the exact reason, poster 6:57 as to why we barley have rights that we do as it is... people like that, who say dumb shit like this... Oh whelp if doesn't affect me YET so good job judge way to violate your oath of office and the rights of citizens, and then cheer for it, and you wonder why the cops act like they do, why people in general act like they do...

There is a thing called contempt of court and the judge could use it, but no he rather interject his personal feelings, which you are not supposed to do, to violate this mans rights...

Every judge has had a defendant in their court that just won't shut up.

8:32, you should take the whole pill and stop breaking them into. Maybe you wouldn't get sooo offended.
What is your take on my humble opinion? I would tape some of the mouths of lame judges that don't have the sense to back our great president. When they rule against President Donald J. Trump, tape them up and perhaps bitch slap them if necessary. Well, then, there, now. Hope you have a better day with the full dose.

POS - He is a lifetime criminal more than likely wanting a fair system. Screw him

8:32, this was a SENTENCING HEARING. For you, this means he had already had his day in court and his chance to hire an attorney to argue his case for him and he was found guilty by possibly a jury, which he had a right to demand.

He was probably just as rude during that, but we don't know that. Just a guess.

Yes, gag and beat judges that disagree with the President. It’s what our Founding Fathers would have done. Maybe even break their kneecaps.
