I want to let you know that I didn't offer you an apology as part of any 12 step program. That made me laugh a little, thank you.
I offered you an an apology, not because I did you wrong, as clearly you know you have been acting out your vengeance for 10 years now, but rather because I thought you needed it for your own healing. And I hoped you would stop acting out your obsession with my rejection of you.
I hope you get there.

One thing that I have always told people, my Wife is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I can only assume the message above is yet another one of Julie's early empty bottle evening she is so well known for.
Let me repeat something to all of you.
Attorney: Has Mr. Albero called you in the past two years?
Julie: No
Attorney: Has he text you in the past two years?
Julie: No
Attorney: Has he confronted you in public in the last two years?
Julie: No
Attorney: Has he made ANY kind of contact with you in the past two years?
Julie: No
Attorney: Judge, what the hell are we doing here?
Judge: Mrs. Brewington, you filed for a peace order against this man in fear for your life and you now admit he's not made any contact with you whatsoever, why?
Julie: "He's Creepy"
Ladies & Gentlemen, this woman needs a serious intervention.

Too late for an intervention. If she still is spiteful to anyone after what she has just gone through then there is nothing to be done at this point. I feel sorry for her, but we need to just move on and let her be. Self destruction is a horrible thing to watch!
From her writing, it appears that she is both an alcoholic and is suffering from mental illness.

8:41 you're right, self destruction is hard to watch. Julie is self destructing and needs some serious help. Julie get the help that you need, if not for you then for your family that is watching you and they cannot do a thing but watch. They are the ones catching the wrong end of your problem. Do it now before you lose all that is so important to you. Do it for you but do it for them. Do it before an innocent bystander get hurt by your bad decision making. Something that could be life changing that you would have to live with for the rest of your life. Now go get help.

Sounds like the ramblings of someone who has had a few too many. Only a pure drunk would say they told someone they were sorry for that person's own healing. It makes zero sense. Stupid drunk can't even see it's her own self who makes her troubles by being a low life garbage and driving drunk. There is no excuse for that Garbage Can! Clearly you don't care about your own children how dare you POS put other people's children in danger by driving drunk. Go crawl back in the toilet from where you emerged and don't ever come out again!
Has Julie she been held accountable by the Central Committee? Or do we have to wait for her court date. Oh wait I see Pheobus is her attorney he will get her out of this like he did for himself. On a lighter note can you just imagine how the rates will go up for the County Council meetings that are on PAC 14? LOL Talk about train wreck, with the meetings in the evening she is bound to have slammed back a few before she gets there.
NO ONE takes her seriously, or endorses anything she does! She is a narcissist and always looking for attention and her "15 minutes" of fame. Has no relevance or purpose and nothing to contribute to society. She continues to self-destruct and it ain't pretty.

There is a lot MORE going on than the alcohol. I've personally witnessed the demise and meltdown of two of her family members and it wasn't pretty. Not trying to drag her family in this but put ALL the facts on the table. She really needs to just focus on her own mental health and forget Salisbury politics
