BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A student at Chesapeake High School in Anne Arundel County allegedly had a confederate flag in the back of his truck.
The principal of the school, Stephen Gorski, sent a letter out to parents explaining the situation.
He says a staff member saw the flag and alerted administration. An administrator and the School Resource Officers then located the vehicle in the parking lot and saw the flag in the bed of the truck. They also saw a noose and a pair of dice decorated with Confederate flags hanging from the rear-view mirror.

Wow! So now a flag in your vehicle is reason for a warrantless search and seizure? More and more what is going on in this country reminds me of history of a certain European nation whose elites in government were set on world domination!!

Schools don't apply. Read the law. However this is ridiculous the flag isn't a crime. Absurd.
The law applies to everyone, everywhere or it has no meaning at all!

I am offended them of the African flag and Mexican flag flying or in someone's vehicle or bumper stickers on their vehicle. At least the Naval Jack flag is part of the US history while the others are not.

I think the rainbow flag should suffer the same scrutiny as well as the blue with gold striped stickers. Both advocate a known mental disorder and perverted behavior and are offensive especially in schools around minor children. Some people think nothing of perversion on display yet they freak over a flag.
This staff member has a serious illness that should be addressed by the principal.
Its a weapon on school grounds.
I think everyone is missing the point here. First of all, a noose is illegal. Secondly, it’s obvious he was trying to send a “Message” to everyone having the noose and the flag. It is wrong and should be addressed by the school. I think they probably were shocked to see that. I know that would make me uncomfortable if I saw that.
