An undercover investigation by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force resulted in the arrest of a local pastor for 25 counts of Dealing in Child Pornography in Sussex County.
According to the Delaware Department of Justice (DOJ), the investigation revealed that 35-year-old Cesar M. Rios Martinez, of Laurel, downloaded and shared multiple files of child pornography via the internet over an extended period of time.
A search warrant was executed at Martinez’ home on April 25, at which time detectives seized several electronic devices and other related evidence that revealed over 25 files of child pornography as defined by Delaware law.

I've never met an honorable "pastor". Every one of em seems to lie, steal and cheat. Not as universal with "reverend" or "rabbi", etc. but any of them that use "pastor" are crooked.

Many fake churches or fly by night churches have criminals and pedophiles involved in their leadership roles. Has happened numerous times in Salisbury.

He posts things like "your kind are dying off, thank Jesus" or ALL the posts of him indulging in a bit too much alcohol consumption. Or the way he turns his back on ALL citizens rights and not just the welfare liberal giveaway he's caught up in. And yes I'm going to say it his pastor bill #1 narcissist cropper is about as guilty as they come with his talking out of both sides of his face. This guy is all about himself and trying to always be the man.
