Former Vice President Joe Biden is gearing up for a 2020 presidential run – but only if his competition if President Donald Trump.
Fox Business Network reported Thursday that the former veep has been telling possible campaign contributors his plans, saying that he wants to run against Trump because age will be less of a factor.
'If Trump runs, Biden is suggesting he's likely to do it because age won't be a factor,' one Biden insider told Fox Business. 'He also think he can beat Trump.'

I still get a kick out of hearing dumb remarks from the DE nut. Especially when he mentions running for POTUS. To start with he just starves for attention and doesn't have the stones, not alone smarts to succeed.
