Anyone who has threaded a needle will tell you it is no easy feat - but a new video might just put an end to fraying cotton and pin pricks.
Twitter user John Bick took to the social media site earlier this week where he shared the genius hack.
In the clip a woman can be seen placing a length of thread on her palm and simple rubbing the eye of the needle over the top.
The friction causes the cotton to pass through the eye with ease rather than attempting to push the ends of the thread through the slim hole.

My mother used to do something like that, rolling the thread and needle eye between thumb and forefinger. Maybe back then they taught it in Home Economics class.
Bought a magnifying glass and needle threader..works great.
