Yep, same here, did a channel search last night and only got the new spanish channel,lost 16-2.
Guessing they had to do some trimming with losing the FIOS contract.
10:36 TV was always supposed to be free. it is the cable that runs to your house that is not
I kept commenting in the comments that it is missing for a couple of days now, and I live down the street on the E side from the station. So they are liars.
I asked them on FB and never got a reply.
We went back on cable. We dropped Comcast for 4 months. It was too expensive. Then I called them after getting all kinds of offers in the mail. Got a great offer promotion for one year. Over 70 dollars less a month. Better than anything out there. So in a year we will probably drop them again. But got a cable/phone/internet bill... till next year that's cheaper than 7 years ago.
Antenna TV is for white people. Didn't you get the message? White people don't count anymore.

Yup, they turned it off. It is part of both Salisbury stations catering to Hispanics. Haven’t you noticed the Mexicans they both have hired? With the Latino ghetto accents? I guarantee they will have a Spanish news cast within a year.
WOW!!! And I thought that purchasing a new indoor antenna perhaps would solve this dilemma. I like you all am very sad to think that that Spanish speaking channel has taken 16-2 place. If a petition is necessary and would bring back our beloved 16-2 sign me up.
You could have let us know this was going to happen.

I changed my morning tv timer to channel 47 instead of 16. My TV is set to automatically come on each morning during the week at 6 am. I had it set to 16, but I got tired of their BS and their Trump bashing with "the Trump Presidency" when referring to Trump.
I now wake up to two Lovely ladies ladies and no Jimmy Hoppa!!! No more all Delaware all the time news, or Delaware commercials like Johnny Janosik or other Delaware businesses!
Even the weather report seems better and more professional. They did a very good report this morning concerning trends for the 2017/2018 winter, and what to expect based on weather data from the National Weather service. Very impressive and educational. Never saw this from WBOC and the Ladies are very attractive!

I cannot get 16.2 either. I would much rather have this channel than the Spanish channel. Really wboc. You said nothing about this happening when the Spanish channel was advertised. I LIVE in,laurel del.mary wilson
I have been looking for 16.2 for several days. I am not Spanish and this channel does not benefit me. Wboc did not even warn their customers that 16.2 was going to disappear.wboc should be ashamed.
I live real close to Fruitland have a terrible time getting 47. They are as far away as 16 and 28, but 47 is hard to get. And NO, I do not get 16.2 anymore either. But that damn Spanish channel comes in clear. Shame on you 16 for taking away from AMERICAN'S to cater to criminals. We speak English here.
Maybe they spent the 16-2 channel budget on Nicole Laurens makeup trying to make her look happy.... I mean seriously I'm not sure how she even holds her head up with the 47 lbs of crap on her face.... and it doesn't even hide the deep deep depression... that girl could make a sunny day at the beach sad....
Yes, I think they could of at least added the Spanish channel as 16.3 so we all could be happy and stop the racist comments please.

I loved the 16-2 channel and am sorry they took it off. They should of used the xhannel tbeybsaid was going to be for the spanish channel and left 16-2 alone. I loved watching the old shows.
Totally sick and tired of the catering to Hispanics, many of whom are in this country illegally.
WBOC has lousy management with big egos. Don't expect a reply. As stated, WMDT has added a fourth (47-4) broadcast station while WBOC is cutting programming. Having been in broadcasting, the handwriting is on the wall since Mr. Draper passed away. All of the good is now gone.
Wboc seems to have the money for choppers new stations and sickening side shows but Wmdt is giving the shore many more choices. Why not let your viewers know what you did to antenna tv?

Miss 16-2 the old shows from the 50s 60s and 70s. At first I thought the channel went out due to the rain. But nope 16-2 is gone.
I like others tried several times to contact someone at Draper to find out why no 16.2 with no results. Finally today I received a email reply to inform me of their plan. I was amazed that they are going to move the transmitter to Laurel De. This move will exclude me from receiving the signal. I am not going to go into my reply to them but if you want to voice your opinion go to your computer and search for WBOC email , when the results come up look for other email. I wonder what their advertisers think of this.

I have also lost Antenna TV ("WBOC Classics"). I have been receiving it over the air for years on 16-2, but I stopped receiving it last week. I have re-scanned twice but to no avail. I did pick up the new Hispanic channel on the last scan, but I cannot imagine why I would ever watch it since it obviously caters to the thousands of illegals on the eastern shore. I suppose that TV stations look at these illegals as just another market.
Lost 16-2 also in Easton , was good to see all the great shows from the past.Bring back 16-2 please !
Relieved to know it was WBOC, not my antenna, that stopped broadcasting AntennaTV. Shame on WBOC for not alerting your viewers to this change. Bring 16-2 back, please!!I miss my classic TV!

I agree 100%. Shame on WBOC for not alerting viewers that they were dropping 16-2. I used to love WBOC. I have watched WBOC since the days of John B. Greenberger and Alan Landay, but nowadays the station has simply become an arrogant bunch of talking heads. The proof is the fact that they did not think enough of their viewers to even let them know they were dropping 16-2 from their channel lineup. Most of my TV watching anymore is the superior channel lineup being broadcast by WMDT. They simply have more to offer viewers as far as variety of channels. I never thought I would see the day when WMDT had an edge over WBOC, but that day has come and WBOC is now the inferior choice when it comes to channel offering.
WBOC is becoming more and more irrelevant with each passing day. Tonight they didn't even mention the epicenter for the earthquake today was in DOVER! Looks like morons are running the asylum over at the WBOC building now. Just turn them off. They're useless.
Crisfield is the same...16-2 is gone effective at the time the Spanish channel was implemented. I thought it was good to include a Spanish channel for customers who understand the language. Little did I know the plan was devious and would cost us the magical entertainment of yesteryear.
We want 16-2 back, please.
I have been calling the station every two weeks asking when they are going to put the station back on the air. They keep telling me that they are going to once they get FCC approval. I feel like it is a lie, but i keep calling every two weeks. the number to the station is 410-749-1111.

We never asked to be cater and grow up! You should open your eyes and realize that one day you'll die and won't bring all your stuff when you die. You should go to school to get educated.

Gosh, hardly a day goes by that I’m not ashamed of something one of my fellow white people has said or done or both in these United States. And I found today’s prize right here in this thread, by Anonymous, ragging at WBOC for airing Spanish Language shows.
