Looks like he shot up the girlfriends employment.
Maryland has the strictest gun laws or just about in the nation. The democrats promised these laws would prevent crimes like this. Interesting too that murder is up across the entire start by 34% in the past 4 or so years.
The shooter had been previously charged with a number of violations of the 2013 gun laws but charges were all dropped.
They are finding the laws poorly written and leaves the door open for successful appeals.
What's interesting and what many do not know is strict sentencing was initially proposed but the democrats fought against that tooth and nail and it was removed. Their reasoning was because most are blacks haven't these repeat gun criminals been punished enough in life.
It's can happen anytime or anywhere are you prepared should this happen?

How many murderers from dabury this year alone?
That is 4 murders, in one year, in just that less than 1/4 square mile location. A State Trooper was gunned down just across the street last year at a Waffle House, I think. It's scary to think of, but that is where my favorite Hampton Inn is. I stay there whenever I go to Baltimore. I rode out Sandy there. I've spent over 7 nights in that hotel, which is on the other side of the street from today's murders. It is not a bad area, but sure is having a rough year.
His address is in MD-Elkton in Cecil Co. He also has ties to Washington state. According to a women living in an address in Wilmington that is on the record for him Elkton is where he is living. She said she has known him since 4th grade and he was only staying with her when he "had issues." What the issues were she didn't say.
If you're going to spew publicly, know what you're talking about. 2 Harford County Sheriff Deputies were killed nearby, not at Waffle House, but in Abingdon off of Route 924. The area is a crap hole... anyone with a little bit of brains knows that anything east of I95 is just Baltimore annexed north.

7:16- read a map. It was right across the highway from this week's murders. At a Panera Bread. I guess that's spewing publicity. But you are right, it was 2 cops. It's no worse than Salisbury.
