East Coast Pizza Angers Resident
Well we tried again to resolve the issue with people calling our home number ( which has been Kens number for over a decade) to get pizza. East Coast Pizza connection printed up menus in February when they opened with our home number as the secondary number. We've addressed this with them on several occasions. They only changed the number on their building when we threatened a lawsuit. We have been bullied about selling them our number. We have not done this. After a call last night at 1130 wondering where a delivery is we decided to try to get some resolution. We were told to go fly a kite. The sign says they're under new ownership. Well it's the same old people who don't seem to care how they treat the people on the Shore. You will not treat us horribly because you made an error and didn't proofread your promotional materials. 8 months and you're still giving out menus with our home number on them...corrected in sharpie. Unacceptable.

Start taking orders and then when the people don't get their food tell them to call the other number for complaints.
I'm sure that scared you when the phone rang at 11:30- but for peace of mind just change your number. It really sucks you have to do that but if it bothers you that much you may have to. Lawsuits take awhile.
I agree with 305, start telling everyone that calls for them you're going to spit in their food, and if they don't like it come do something, then they will show up at the restaurant looking to punch somebody. Bet it won't take more than a few of those to solve this problem!
Bahahahaha
The food there sux anyway just a matter of time before its is closed.

I like your approach lol
I'd really love to know how they are doing you wrong, and why you seem to come off so offensive. Do you live in pittsville? Have you ordered from them? I have. I order almost every week. And everytime I've called that number, I've never reached someone's home. They have very literally gone through each and every single menu they have with a sharpie a d changed every single number on every single menu. How is that not doing something about it? I have 4 different menus from the past month laying around if you'd like a picture.

I have to agree with you. Food is horrible and they never get an order correct.
If number coming in is not known to you, don't answer. Set phone to record messages after one or two rings. A recording will let them know they have a wrong number.
Pizza hut did the same thing with my Mom's number years ago. Phone rang all night on Fridays. She was given coupons. If you want to have fun with it take their order and then reorder the same thing from Domino's.
We love this restaurant! I've called 20 or more times and never received your house number. Don't answer unknown numbers? Sucks they did this but you seem to prefer to want to ruin a restaurant for an innocent mistake.
Grease, dark circles and tattoos is all i saw when i ordered there one time and the last time. There pizza locked me up for 4 days. The cheese on the pizza was so old it almost walked off the crust.
The old owner rob calone was awesome. His food was SOOOOOO much better then these new owners. The new owners cut cost by using cheaper ingredients. We would order from rob every week now we hardly ever order from these new people.
That is an awesome idea!!
