All I know is that I am sick of hearing, give to this and give for this. A huge amount of money is taken out of my paycheck before I even get it. Then, I have to hear on the television and radio, all through the year, different groups that constantly ask for people to give for school, Thanksgiving meals, Christmas toys, etc. I don't mind giving for something that is truly needed. But, I am so tired of hearing this same crap over and over all throughout the year. I am well into my 50's, worked since I was 15, raised my children, and have NEVER asked for anything. I learned how, to just do with what money I had "earned". The society today seems to want to take care of everyone's kids. I think that this is just one more reason that there are so many lazy people. They have learned that they don't have to work for a living. They can get just about everything free.
