Is this what is called "we mis-spoke" or did they open their eyes and find that parents that voted for our current President Trump will no longer pay for their children to go to this university?
This is still their plan they just will move more slowly until they can get another globalist elected.
We all know where it is, map, but the point of the article is this type of artwork going to be destroyed by Jake Day's "Arts and entertainment" program? Will "Arts" only be allowed in certain "Districts", and fined in others?
Let's get more into this, since I started this bitc *ing thread, as for the "Arts, There's a derelict building on Rt. 12 around Backstreet Grille and the solar place that has been derelict for years. Art painted all over it never made a dime, and probably lost money before the fold.
Then, there's the SU "Arts" next to Cake Art across from the GOB. Gone or open once a month, for what? Then the local bands rented a place for a while to juke up Homestreet Live, but had to sell out to Bloofurf because...
Who's decision will it be to determine if your "fence" is (sorry, I'm going to do this...) "O-fence-ive or not"There's two commenters plus the original photographer who think this fence has artistic value, even though it's in neglect and disrepair.

A City is made up of its Citizens, their thoughts, desires, energies, efforts, and business know-how. Bringing in money generating businesses is the core driver of any city or municipality so that their citizens can enjoy a full profitable life.
Sorry, Jokester, "Arts" and section 8 are NOT the answer, just look at all the closed up "art" places, including the one in the Gallery building!
Not Steve, you are absolutely right. Arts and low income housing are never the answer to bring back a thriving economy, which shows the Day administration is so out of sync and touch with what really is, one cannot even begin to imagine what goes on in their minds. Sad to watch them tear up this city when it was a nice place to raise a family, once upon a time. Salisbury needs to stop electing people like Day, Ireton, Dunn and Tilghman because they want nothing good for the city whatsoever. Hidden somewhere in all this is a profit being earned for them. It's only a matter of time before we find out the real deal.
