I hope they record the serial numbers for that money so it gets tied to whatever criminal/terror organization he turns around to pay.
I don't have the words to describe my discontent for this action on the part of the Canadian government. Disgusting! Must share by the way!
The only good thing about this is it proves the Canadian government is just as messed up, if not more messed up than ours!
