CNN Reporter Complains About Being Blackballed After Spending Press Briefing Interrupting Spicer

WASHINGTON — CNN’s senior White House correspondent Jim Acosta spent the White House press briefing Monday rudely interrupting White House press secretary Sean Spicer.

Acosta has been complaining about the White House’s increased use of off-camera briefings, and instead of waiting to be called on like other reporters Monday, he decided to shout out his questions. The Daily Caller counted a total of five interruptions during the briefing.

Spicer called on a reporter who had raised her hand and Acosta interjected himself and asked if President Trump believes the health care bill in the Senate is “mean.” Spicer replied, “There’s no camera on Jim.” Acosta then repeatedly asked, “Why don’t you turn the cameras on?” Spicer then apologized to the reporter Acosta was interrupting.

If CNN reporters like Acosta actually put out news that wasn't fake and if they didn't act so stupid, maybe, just maybe they wouldn't be blackballed. Duh!!

What does one do with a temper tantrum child? Put them in their room!

Ban Senor Acosta and see how he likes its! By the way Jim, no one is watching CNN!

CNN should've had their WH press creds yanked a long time ago. This should be done to send a clear message the antics will no longer be tolerated. It's a privilege to cover the WH not a right! If they want access they have to do it nicely and with deference to the positions people hold within. Acosta should've been fired after the presser in January before Trump was even sworn in. The fact he's still there is due to Trump's good graces and God's sense of humor.

Perseverance is a strong suit in journalism; I use that term loosely in the case of CNN. This organization is no longer credible and frankly I am surprised the FCC has not intervened. Obviously Acosta can't take a hint so I think it is funny he keeps getting spurned.

On-camera briefings were a privilege extended by the White House. CNN and other MSM players abused the privilege and it was suspended. Everyone else suffers for the antics of a few.
