Ocean City Police arrested a Kutztown, Pennsylvania man after he allegedly tossed an Under Armour hat into the path of oncoming traffic on Baltimore Avenue in the early hours of May 21.

I suppose we did what we needed to do during our hayday's....makes me cringe thinking our future leaders of America performing they way they do on the streets of OC! Blow up dolls, hats on fire, pushing the opposite sex.
Gonna be fun the next 25-50 years! I'll see the first part of it - I hope!
