Will there be house-to-house searches, I mean, visits this time? Interesting going back to same neighborhood. Doesn't sound like City Hall is doing what they claimed and reaching out to all Salisbury residents. Then again, have they followed through with anything they've claimed?

I have a black drug dealing neighbor. One afternoon while doing yard work, some of his other black dealing gang members were hanging out discussing their state of affairs with the local police.
They were whining how they often got stopped and "harassed" for being black. I laughed. No you are being stopped and "harassed" for being a known drug dealer and gang member.
It is all a matter of perspective.
I wish these waste of taxpayer money parties would/could change things, but it won't.
10:50 - they go back to Doverdale because of the gang issues and murders you have heard nothing about. And there have been a few.
Would be better if the City Hall folks didn't have so many closed door sessions and let citizens weigh in on issues like putting low income housing smack dab in the middle of downtown instead of doing their house-to-house searches! Might go over better in the various neighborhoods throughout Salisbury. Just saying.........
I don't think that house-to-house sweeps are allowed unless the police have warrants for each abode. And then I feel that each warrant would have to be rather specific in nature.
ALSO, I've never seen the SPD have a pizza party in my neighborhood. I feel dissed.
I don't want the SPD taking interest in my neighborhood because you know if they do it has become a HOOD.
