Now lets put homeless veterans in the nice upcoming section-8 housing down town Salisbury and the non-veteran entitled crowd build their own sheds.
That would defeat the Govt CASH FLOW expected from Sect 8. Homeless veterans don't usually have 10 dependents drawing Welfare..
Actually putting veterans downtown would probably improve the entire neighborhood
