Makes sense. When you go to school, in first grade you start to build an education. In twelve years you graduate. You do not learn everything in the first grade and graduate, thats called obamacare. Give the new healthcare time to build.
As soon as congress exempts itself from the new bill, everyone should know that it is not any better than the stool sample that Nancy passed and the previous POSPOTUS signed!

7:23 Bingo! Elected officials should never be allowed to exempt themselves from a bill they pass, retroactively and moving forward, term limits would fix the issue as well.
