This is ridiculous! There are only enough Walmarts to support these few people in Salisbury? Maybe the city government should talk about public transportation to enable those shoplifters that are not able by to reach some of the other nearly locations.

Such diversity shown here, laudable! We have Hispanic, African, European and homeless, all stealing from the same store/s. Such a target rich environment for the SPD. Wonder why only four? Maybe that is the result of effective law enforcement. Great job, SPD, great job. Maybe next week a "ze" will be on the roster of thievery.
