Can someone please tell me what is the Lion's Club?
A group of people with pet lions. Not. It is a civic organization like Jaycees or Optimist or Moose.

The Lion's Clubs across the country help individuals needing eyeglasses. They collect unwanted eye wear to recycle in helping others. They also help with medical problems for those you need help. It is a good organization.
