Maryland Department of Legislative Services librarian Susan Cole of Bowie was featured on Wednesday night’s episode of “Jeopardy” and revealed that one of her favorite genres was “Nerdcore hip-hop.”
When Trebek said he had never heard of it and that it “doesn’t sound like fun,” Cole explained: “It’s people who identify as nerdy, rapping about the things they love, video games, science fiction, having a hard time meeting romantic partners, you know. It’s really catchy and fun.”
“Losers, in other words,” Trebek said.
The crowd erupted in laughter. Trebek noted that he was just teasing, but video clips of the moment have since been shared on Twitter and Instagram in humorous posts, with people surprised with Trebek’s timeliness.
Through a co-worker, Cole declined to comment.
But her nerdiness paid off. The librarian won the competition, racking up $20,600.

I saw it and remember it. I took it as kidding with the lady in a very friendly manner. Nothing malicious or near it. If complaining perhaps she is a loser. I figure if someone messes with you they like you, if not they wouldn't give you the time of day. As long as Trebek has been doing this, anyone thinking he was saying anything wrong should know better.
Get rid of P/C and safe place....Trump/Pence 2016
different strokes for different folks
Losers are the people that sit around and watch that show.

I guess with your smarts there would be no need to watch and embarrass yourself. I find it educational and don't watch the 30 minute trash shows with vulgarity, like your fat lady candidate.
